Please note that unexpected events, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances could necessitate changes to our itinerary.
Booking Details:
Full price: $6,500 USD
A $500 USD NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking and support The Community Garden Foundation’s charitable endeavors with youth education in Turkey. This deposit must be paid upon booking confirmation. Please only confirm if you’re committed. If you cannot make the tour, the deposit can be used for future tour.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment methods include cash (USD, LIRA, Euro), bank transfer, Zelle, or credit card (a 5% fee applies).
Inclusions:
Accommodation: 13 days in shared rooms at luxurious hotels (single supplement available for an additional $1300).
Meals: 3 meals per day (vegetarian and vegan options available). 1 plate per person.
Private Transportation: Airport transfers, coach transportation to all listed sites, and transportation to special access locations.
Guided Tours: Expert-guided tours at all major archaeological and historical sites, including special access to restricted areas / Karahan Tepe, Bazda Caves, Sayburc
Entrance Fees: Entry to all scheduled sites, including Göbekli Tepe, Mount Nemrut, and more.
Exclusions:
International Flights: Flights to and from Turkey are not included.
Visas: Visa costs for Turkey (if applicable).
Travel Insurance: Participants are required to arrange their own travel insurance.
Beverages & Alcohol: Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated.
Personal Expenses: Optional activities, souvenirs, snacks, and other personal expenses.
Tips: Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff (recommend $2-5 per day).

April 10 - Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Private transfer to the Ala-Han Hotel in Şanlıurfa.
Evening meeting and introductions followed by a welcome dinner at 6:00 PM.
April 11 - Discover Şanlıurfa
Visit the Şanlıurfa Archaeology Museum and the Haleplibahce Mosaic Museum.
Enjoy lunch in the city, followed by free time for exploration.
April 12 - Explore Göbekli Tepe
Full day visiting Göbekli Tepe and the Quarry next to Göbekli Tepe.
Late lunch and return to Şanlıurfa.
April 13 - Ancient Cities & Sacred Sites
Travel to Harran, Shuayip Ancient City, and Sogmatar, located outside Şanlıurfa.
Enjoy a homemade local Dolma-Sarma lunch.
April 14 - Euphrates River & Şanlıurfa Castle
Visit Şanlıurfa Castle and take a boat tour on the Euphrates River at Halfeti.
Free time for swimming (don’t forget your swimsuit!).
April 15 - Karahantepe & Bazda Cave
Visit Karahantepe and the impressive Bazda Cave (Quarry).
Traditional lunch and return to the hotel.
April 16 - Mount Nemrut in Adıyaman
Journey to the awe-inspiring Mount Nemrut.
